 Instant Cash Deposit Instructions:

  1. Insert your ATM card

  2. Choose the language, then enter your PIN code

  3. Choose “Other Services”

  4. Choose “Deposits” then select “Cash Deposit”

  5. Choose the currency of the cash to be deposited (the chosen currency must match the currency of the cash to be deposited)

  6. Select the account you wish to deposit into

  7. Deposit the banknotes horizontally, then press the “Enter” button on the keyboard

While taking into consideration, regarding the deposited cash, the following:

  • The ATM machine is specified for banknote deposit and does not accept coins.
  • Please do not enter damaged, outdated, or folded banknotes.
  • Make sure that there is no adhesive material on the banknotes.
  • The ATM machine accepts deposits in USD, JOD, and shekels only.
  • The ATM machine does not accept envelope deposits.
  • Banknotes must be separate from each other and not tied with a rubber or any other fastening tool.
  • The daily cash deposit limit is 3,000 JODs or its equivalent in USD or shekels.
  • The denominations that are accepted in cash deposit are: (50 shekels, 100 shekels, 200 shekels, 100 USDs, 20 JODs, and 50 JODs).
  1. The ATM will count and verify the money, and if some of the banknotes are rejected by the teller, it will return it as they will not be counted with the deposited amount

  2. A preview screen will appear, showing the details of the deposited amount with options: “Confirm”, “Add More Banknotes”, or “Cancel”

  3. If you press “Confirm”, you must choose whether to print the receipt so that the amount will be deposited into the account

  4. If you press “Cancel”, the full amount will be returne

    Cheque Deposit Instructions:

    1. Insert your debit card into the specific slot on the ATM

    2. Select the preferred language

    3. Enter your PIN

    4. Press the "Other Services" option

    5. Press the "Deposits" option

    6. Press the "Cheque Deposits" option

    7. Agree to the terms and conditions displayed on the screen

    8. Choose the currency of the cheques to be deposited

    9. Select the account where the cheques will be deposited (according to the cheque currency).

    10. Arrange the cheques with their front side facing up

    11. Insert each cheque individually or as a batch in the designated slot on the ATM

    12. Receive a notification (receipt) for each deposited cheque

    *The maximum number of cheques that can be deposited is 10 per day, with a monthly maximum of 100.

    *The value of the cheques is credited to the account as per the bank’s procedures.

E-Sadad is a service provided to Housing Bank customers through the bank's app "Iskan Mobile," in collaboration with the esteemed Palestinian Monetary Authority. This service allows the bank's customers to inquire and pay bills, fees, and installments for all services from private sector companies, government departments, local authorities, and universities instantly from one of your bank accounts for free 24/7.
