Instant Cash Deposit Instructions:
1. Insert your ATM cardWhile taking into consideration, regarding the deposited cash, the following:
8. The ATM will count and verify the money, and if some of the banknotes are rejected by the teller, it will return it as they will not be counted with the deposited amount
9. A preview screen will appear, showing the details of the deposited amount with options: “Confirm”, “Add More Banknotes”, or “Cancel”
10. If you press “Confirm”, you must choose whether to print the receipt so that the amount will be deposited into the account
11. If you press “Cancel”, the full amount will be returne
Steps to Use Cardless ATM Service
Important Notes About Cardless ATM Usage
1. This service is exclusive to Housing Bank ATMs in Palestinian branches.
2. Withdrawal limits are as follows:

Daily | 700 JOD or equivalent | 3 transactions |
Monthly | 2000 JOD or equivalent | 10 transactions |
3. PIN change for cards is not available through this service.
Cheque Deposit Instructions:
Insert your debit card into the specific slot on the ATM
Select the preferred language
Enter your PIN
Press the "Other Services" option
Press the "Deposits" option
Press the "Cheque Deposits" option
Agree to the terms and conditions displayed on the screen
Choose the currency of the cheques to be deposited
Select the account where the cheques will be deposited (according to the cheque currency).
Arrange the cheques with their front side facing up
Insert each cheque individually or as a batch in the designated slot on the ATM
Receive a notification (receipt) for each deposited cheque
*The maximum number of cheques that can be deposited is 10 per day, with a monthly maximum of 100.
*The value of the cheques is credited to the account as per the bank’s procedures.

Yes, the value of the due bills is displayed before the payment process, as well as the payment details and a one-time password (OTP) before deducting the amount for final verification.
Yes, you can submit objections to transactions made on the E-SADAD service through:
1- The bank's official website via the following link:

2- Through the Iskan Mobile app
3- By visiting one of the bank's branches spread throughout the Palestinian territories
4- By calling the bank's phone number 02-2945500
"Some" of the service providers participating in the E-SADAD service give the possibility of paying the bills partially.
There are no costs for using the E-SADAD service, as it is a free service provided by the Housing Bank in cooperation with the esteemed Palestinian Monetary Authority.
