It is a service that provides the client to receive SMS in English and Arabic Languages at option of the client to select various banking services and transactions performed on his/her accounts in addition to promotional information about the Bank that are received regularly on his/her mobile phones (all GSM Mobile Phones) in any place and at any time.

Service Terms & Requirements

You can subscribe to the service via:

  • Branches (fill-out subscription form) and sign the service request and general conditions.
  • Internet, through the official website of the Bank: hbtf.com ISKAN ONLINE – PALESTINE; provided that the client shall be subscribed to banking internet service (ISKAN ONLINE), and hence the SMS service can be selected after having the client entered the user number and his/her own password for the banking internet .

There are no costs for using the E-SADAD service, as it is a free service provided by the Housing Bank in cooperation with the esteemed Palestinian Monetary Authority.

"Some" of the service providers participating in the E-SADAD service give the possibility of paying the bills partially.

Yes, the value of the due bills is displayed before the payment process, as well as the payment details and a one-time password (OTP) before deducting the amount for final verification.
