One of the services provided through the banking application "Iskan Mobile," which allows all bank customers to transfer and receive monetary amounts to and from any customer who has a bank account or any of the e-wallets in Palestine instantly throughout the week, within certain limits and specifications.

General features of the iBURAQ service

• The service is available free to all Housing Bank customers through the "Iskan Mobile" application.
• The ability of sending and receiving monetary amounts to and from any customer who has a bank account at one of the banks operating in Palestine.
• The ability of sending and receiving monetary amounts to and from any customer who has an account at one of the e-wallets operating in Palestine.
• The maximum limit for a single transaction is 10,000$ or equivalent to other currencies with a daily limit of 30,000$ or equivalent to other currencies, and with a monthly limit of 50,000$ or equivalent to other currencies.
• The ability to use the global identifier number IBAN in the transfer process.
• The ability to create a Secondary Identifier Name (Alias) through defining the client’s mobile phone number and linking it to their account.
• The ability to use a “QR code with a specific amount” to receive payment with pre-defined amounts.
•  The ability to use a “QR code without a specific amount” to receive payment with any amounts.
• The ability to send a “request to pay” to another user.
• The ability to verify the beneficiary's account of the transfer process before sending the payment (Account Verification).
• The ability to execute transaction, send or receive monetary amounts, in currencies: (Shekel, Dinar, Dollar, Euro).
• The Ability to show exchange rate (if applicable) from the sender account to recipient’s bank account/electronic wallet.
