3. The minimum total transaction amount is $300 or its equivalent in other currencies

4. This campaign applies to credit cards issued by The Housing Bank – Palestine

5. This campaign is valid for purchases and cash withdraws made inside/Outside Palestine and only during the campaign period

7. The prize draw will take place after the campaign ends

8. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted via a system specially designed for this purpose and in accordance with the bank’s approved regulatory standards and controls
