The Housing Bank offers Financial Services Management for corporate clients through Iskan Mobile and Iskan Online, enabling you to complete business transactions, review accounts, and request free, secure financial services anytime, anywhere.

  • Advanced security: Ensure your transactions are completed easily, securely, and free of charge.
  • Comprehensive access: Review all accounts and daily balances, and access a wide range of financial services and daily operational procedures anytime, anywhere.
  • Delegated access: Extend service capabilities to authorized representatives listed on the company’s valid commercial registration and certification documents.
  • Enhanced protection: Utilize additional security measures for financial requests via One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.
  • Digital document retrieval: Download forms, bills, and other documents online without visiting business centers or branches.

Credit Facilities Management

Direct Facilities:

  • Request a new credit facility loan: Borrowing companies can request new loans or credit facilities of all types through the Corporate Financial Services Management System, without visiting a branch.
  • Request loan/financing implementation within an approved limit: Corporates can remotely request the execution of a loan or financing within a bank-granted ceiling (e.g., purchase financing, sales financing, cheque discounting, or tender financing). You can determine the financing value and repayment schedule within the corporate’s credit approval terms and upload any required invoices and forms.

Indirect Facilities:

  • Request a bank guarantee within an approved limit: Companies can request a bank guarantee within their existing limit, specifying the value, currency, validity period, and purpose, without visiting a branch.
  • Request a new bank guarantee: Companies without a pre-approved bank guarantee limit can request a one-time issuance of a new bank guarantee, without visiting a branch.
  • Request a bank guarantee against a 100% cash margin: In urgent cases, borrowing and facility-accessing companies can request a bank guarantee secured by 100% cash collateral. This applies if they lack a guarantee limit or if the urgent request falls outside their approved ceiling conditions.
  • Request a Letter of Credit (LC): Companies can request documentary LCs through Iskan Online without visiting a branch.

Corporate Cheque Services:

  • Request a corporate cheque book: Request cheque books in all supported currencies without visiting a branch.
  • Inquire about outstanding cheques: Check the balance of uncashed and outstanding cheques held at the Bank across all currencies.
  • Review post-dated cheques: Review the balance of post-dated cheques deposited into the corporate account across all currencies.

Inquiry Services:

  • Review all account types and details via Iskan Online and Iskan Mobile.
  • Generate account statements for specific date ranges or a set number of transactions.
  • Extract your IBAN directly through the system.
  • Access general inquiry services.

iBURAQ Instant Payment Services:

  • Receive and send funds to and from other corporate accounts, or any client with a local bank account in Palestine, via the iBURAQ system.
  • Easily transfer employee salaries to all other local banks using the iBURAQ Bulk Transfer service.
  • Send and receive funds for everyday business transactions through iBURAQ. Receive customer payments for sales and pay suppliers using a customized QR Code or IBAN.
  • Execute currency conversions and foreign exchange transactions.

What are iBURAQ Instant Transfers? iBURAQ is an electronic instant payment system regulated by the Palestinian Monetary Authority, enabling customers to complete transfers and payments instantly and commission-free. Through iBURAQ, you can instantly transfer funds to beneficiaries at local operating banks in Palestine or to other accounts within the Bank. You can also initiate single or multiple-beneficiary transfers (e.g., employee salary disbursements).

Through E-SADAD, you can instantly pay utility bills (water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and more). The due amounts are automatically withdrawn from your account. Additional services include recharging prepaid cards and purchasing online coupons.
