Service Terms & Requirements

You can subscribe to the service via:

  • Branches (fill-out subscription form) and sign the service request and general conditions.
  • Internet, through the official website of the Bank: hbtf.com ISKAN ONLINE – PALESTINE; provided that the client shall be subscribed to banking internet service (ISKAN ONLINE), and hence the SMS service can be selected after having the client entered the user number and his/her own password for the banking internet .
